An American living in Paris for over 30 years, Beth Wintersteen has studied framing with professional teachers in Paris for the last 7 years.  She has developed a sensitive taste for colors, textures and matting techniques.  A member of the association “Baguettes de Bois et Passe-Partout”, she has taken part in several art shows for framers in the Paris area.
